Trinecia Antenae Jones was born on January 31, 1990 to Ava Catrice Mosley of Alton, Illinois and Lee Jones of East St. Louis, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her husband, Demetrius Lucas, her mother, Ava Mosley; siblings, Jabria and Armon Hill, and grandfather, John E. Stiff Sr.
Trinecia received her education in the Madison School District in Madison, Illinois. Tee loved traveling and telling. Tee also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends (mainly her nieces), nephews, and cousins. Tee was family to all. She was known to be a very dedicated worker of many independent jobs from food services to child care.
Trinecia gave her life to Christ and was baptized at St. Phillips Pentecostal Church in Washington Park, Illinois. She later became a member of All Things New Apostolic Church in Cahokia, Illinois.
Trinecia Antenae Jones departed this life on March 12, 2025 at her home in Granite City, Illinois surrounded by family. She leaves to cherish her memories her step-fathers, Lorenzo Hill of East St. Louis, IL, Delane Mosley Sr. of Granite City, IL; brothers, Delane (Yevora) Mosley of Belleville, IL, Jacquel (Samantha) Hill of Greenville, IL, Lee Jr. and Zay Jones of East St. Louis, IL; sisters, Verlenia Mosley of East Alton, IL, Ebony (Rapheal) Bates of Granite City, IL, Antionette Proctor of Alton, IL; grandmother Verlene (Billie) Turmon of Belleville, IL; a stepson, Demetrius "Lil Meechie" Jr. of Greenville, IL; a BFF "Stink Wink" of Alton, IL, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Tee departed this life with a village special thanks to her aunts, Lasonya and Carla Stiff, Deedra Brown, Erica Warr, April Cox, Nickey and Tiffany White, Kesia, Octavia, Kenisha Proctor and many more. Tee had a heart of gold and was the glue to family and friends that came across her path. She will truly be missed.
