Obituary

Terrence Rey'nold  Singleton, Sr was born December 09, 1969 in Saint Louis, MO to Veletta Marie Keyes and Ernest Singleton, Jr.  Ernest Singleton, Jr. preceded him in death.

Terry was a resident of the Metro East Area and received his formal education from the East Saint Louis School District #189 and graduated from East St. Senior High School in 1987.  Terry was united in Holy Matrimony to Lynn Caprice Thomas  on October 05, 1995 and to this union three children were born.

Terry worked in Food Service throughout the Metro East Area as a Manager  for Popeye's Restaurants (East Saint Louis, Washington Park, Cahokia, IL  and the Saint Louis sites); Prairie Farms Dairy (Granity City, IL), Sam's Club (O'fallon, IL) and Praxair Company (Sauget, IL )

Terry confessed a Hope in Christ at an early age and along with his mother became a member of Gospel Feast Pentacostal Church in Saint Louis, MO under the leadership of  Elder Arvel Garrett.  Later the family relocated and their membership changed to Community Gospel Feast Pentecostal Church in Rush City, IL serving under the leadership of the late Bishop James F. Hall. Terry was a devoted young child who loved participating in all of the church services and special events.  Later as an adult in 2012, Terry knowing that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.  He re-affirmed his faith in Christ.  He committed himself to Biblical Studies from Law and Grace Ministries receiving several Certificates of Achievements.

Terrence Rey'nold Singleton, Sr. transitioned from time to eternity on Thursday, July 30, 2020. Terry leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted mother Veletta Marie Keyes-Walker of East Saint Louis, IL;  two daughters:; Stephanie Marie Mathis of Cahokia, IL; Krysten ReNe Singleton of Shiloh, IL; three sons, Terrence Rey'nold Singleton II; Jeremy Ryan Singleton; and Michael Alan Thomas of Shiloh, IL.  Two brothers, Lamont Singleton; Kevin Victor Keyes-Walker of Saint Louis, MO.  Three Sister-Cousins, Tressa Wood-Royston of Nashville, TN;  Vedette Wood-Chester of Florissant, MO; and Josette (Dale) Wood-Owens of East Saint Louis, IL; two grandchildren; two nephews and host of relatives, love ones and friends.
