Tawancee Mushell Harris was born December 29, 1974 at Christian Welfare Hospital in East St. Louis, IL to Robert Archer and Jean Ann Harris.

Tawancee confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Ira Grove. She attended East St. Louis Sr. High School in the District of 189.

Tawancee departed this life on March 11, 2020. She leaves to cherish her memory her sisters LaDell, Georgia, Sharon, Latonya, and Demetrice; her brothers, Shawn, Verdell, Cortez, James A., and Robert; her ten grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
