Stanley Garland Delk was born on October 20, 1963 in East St. Louis, Illinois to the union of Leonard and Lessie Delk
Stanley gave his life to Christ  at an early age, and re-dedicated his life to Christ in 2016.

Stanley had such a big heart, and would  do anything that he could to help anyone in need. He truly loved his family, and did his best to show it at all times.  Stanley was a jokester, he loved to laugh, and did so often. His smile, and laughter will truly be missed.
Stanley married twice in his life. He  was married to Lisa Francoeur from October 4, 1995 to May 18, 1998, and gained a stepson from that union, Corey Hines.

Stanley married Jacqueline Burrell on January 23, 2013 until the day he departed this life. From that union, he gained 5 stepchildren-Will Patterson, Whitney Patterson and Brandon Nelson, they all reside in California. Also Ayanna Nelson and A'Lia Burrell of Belleville, IL.  Stanley also gained a grandson, Bo McMath.
Stanley G. Delk  gained his wings on April 19, 2017 after a long battle with cancer.

Stanley was preceded in death by both parents, Leonard and Lessie Delk, and 1 brother, William Delk.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Jacqueline, his brothers; Leon (Gloria) Delk of St Louis, Mo.,  Larry Delk of E. St Louis, IL Leonard Delk, Jr. and Darnell Delk of Texas;  sisters Linda( Curtis)Harris of Swansea, IL., Claudia Wallace of Carrollton Texas, Cathy(Ernest) Winters of Cahokia, IL, Rita Neal of University City, MO., and Darlene Delk of Belleville, Il.  Stanley also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and uncles to cherish his memory.
