Shalicia A. Mosley was born on November 4, 1989 in Centreville IL to the union of Charles Edward Blue and Alicia Ann Mosley.

Shalicia attended East Alton Elementary School. She graduated from Wood River East Alton High School. She also went to Everest College for Massage Therapy.  She later worked at Walgreens as a manager for over ten years. As a child, she attended North End Baptist Church.

Shalicia is preceded in death by her father, Charles Blue; her grandparents Arrie Jean Mosley and Louise  Gilbert, and her aunt Felicia Mosley.

Shalicia departed this life on Friday, September 10, 2021 . She leaves to cherish her memory her mother Alicia Mosley; her godfather John Perry; her brothers, Ramando Blue and Shontez Blue; uncles, Michael Mosley and Willie Blue; aunts, Gyla, Cynthia, and Yucco Mosley; a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews; and her special pets Kilo and Chocolate.
