Rosanna Tell loved her bible open to Psalm 23

Rosanna Tell was born August 09, 1951 in Shelby, Mississippi to Richard Allen and Frances Romious. She was the second oldest daughter. She was raised in Shelby, Mississippi and her parents migrated to Centerville Illinois in the late 50's. She spent her last days in Fairview Heights, Illinois with her son Alphonso Romious.

Rosanna Tell attended Job Core where she graduated and went on to experience life. Later she partnered with cohorts and opened a restaurant. She also loves doing hair and sewing on her machine. Shortly after she meet her husband Mr. Brent Tell then they moved to Fulton, Kentucky. She was a housewife and loving mother to her children.

Rosanna Tell gave her life to Christ at an early age. She united with St John Baptist Church in Centerville, Illinois in the early part of her adult life, where she served on usher board and was active in Missionary work. She enjoyed church, and her hobbies were: sewing, cooking traveling, shopping, love to dress, outing and spending time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Richard A. and Frances Romious, (husband), Brent Tell, (brother) Richard A. Romious Jr., Julius Romious, and Sidney Romious, (aunt & uncle) Mary Thornton & James Well. Rosanna departed this life Wednesday, February 6, 2019. She leaves to cherish her memory: five children; four sons and one daughter, Alphonso Romious of Fairview Heights, Calvin Tell of Brooklyn, Lamount Tell of East St. Louis, Carnell Tell of East St Louis, Constance McCarter of East St Louis.  And three brothers Daniel Wallace of East St Louis, William Romious of East St. Louis, Leonard Romious (Pamela) of St. Louis Missouri, three sisters Rosetta Romious of Harker Heights Texas, Marcella Romious-McCorn of East St. Louis, Marguerite L. Wright (Keith) of Florissant Missouri, and nieces, nephews, and a host of grandchildren.
