Ms. Rochelle Randolph was born February 27, 1962 in East St. Louis, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her loving parents Bertha Johnson and L.C. Johnson and her son Jermal Clifford Neal.

Rochelle received her education in East St. Louis School District 189. While in high school she met Jerome Neal Sr. and from this were born four children. She enjoyed spending time with her family, doing puzzle books, watching Sanford and Son, and listening to music. She confessed a hope in Christ and loved attending church with the late Rev. Garland.

Rochelle departed this life on November 29, 2020. She leaves to cherish her memory her children Jermelia Randolph, Jerome Neal Jr, and Jermaine Neal (Shamona); her grandchildren Antonio Poward, Mayonna Cherish, Antjuan Patton, Preonna Bevineau-Neal, Jermain Neal Jr., Soliel Neal, Jer'Kyrie Neal, and Sylana Neal; her sisters Deborah (Morris) Carraway, Mona Lisa (Deanglo) Dennis; brother Kenneth Maurice Randolph of St. Louis, MO and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews ad special friends who loved her dearly.
