Richard E. Greer was born on June 16, 1947 in Winfield, Kansas. He departed this life on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017. He was a resident of Bria Nursing Home of Cahokia, Illinois and formerly of East St. Louis, IL and Winfield, Ks. He was the nephew of Issac, Sr. and Madge Austin, longtime residents of East St. Louis, IL.
He leaves to cherish his memory sons, Richard Greer and Christopher Greer and one daughter; two sisters, Charline Baptista and Kimberly Durc of Wichita, KS; one brother, Ronald Greer of Winfield, KS; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
