Norman  A. Bailey was born on May 21, 1951 to Louis Jordan and Corrine O'Neal in St. Mary's Infirmary of St. Louis, Missouri.

Norman confessed a hope in Christ at an early age.  He grew up and was raised in East St. Louis, Illinois.  He received his education from School District #189, graduating from Lincoln Senior High.  He continued his educational journey at PBS College.

In his walk with Christ, Norman united with Saving Souls and Minds Ministry.  In his personal time, Norman loved to barbeque for family and friends.  He gained employment with the Belleville Shoe Company from which he retired.  Norman Cash was also a member of the Zodiac Riders.

Norman departed this life on Saturday, June 23, 2018.  He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Corrine O'Neal;  his children, Tino Bailey, Tracy Lacey and Christian Bailey;  grandchildren, Tamadja Gines, Tahadji Gines, Lamond (Angela) Lacey and Demetrius Lacey;  a great-grandchild, Cariah Caver (Poo-Bear);  sisters, Mary Gray and Marva Jean Strickland;  brother, Richard Bailey;  numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
