Moesha Michelle January, to most known as "Moe" was born the third of eight on November 28, 1997 in Centreville, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Willie and Tommie Davis and paternal grandparents, Anita January and Michael Martin.

In 2005, Moesha confessed her life to Christ. Moesha loved being surrounded by family and friends. She was the life of the party. Her favorite words to say, "I ain't worried about it..." It didn't matter how big the problem or situation was, she remembered God's words, "No weapon formed against me shall prosper". Moesha loved joking and laughing with family. She enjoyed being a mother to her daughter and son. Listening to music and dancing with her siblings and cousins was what she loved most.

On Friday, September 15, 2017, Moesha January ended this humble life. She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Christy Davis; fathers, Colin (Philander) January and Glenn Cherry; daughter, Kyra Wofford; son, Zamorie Davis; grandparents, Wardine and John Cary; ten siblings, Toishal Davis, Shelbe Davis, Raven Davis, Angel Moore, Aaron Cherry, Andreas Cherry, Jennifer Cherry, Brandon Cherry, Aaliyah Nolon and Michael Wright; a host of aunts, great aunts, uncles, great uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
