Moca Ann Crook was born on March 14, 1984 to Milton Tally & Veletta Crook. She was the oldest of two siblings.

Moca always had such a beautiful smile and never met any strangers. Friendly to everyone and had a way about her to just light up the room. So energetic and full of life. She loved any family gathering.

She accepted Christ in 2022 and loved attending church. She also had a beautiful voice and enjoyed singing.

Moca graduated from Madison Sr. High School in Madison, IL.

Moca was preceded in death by her grandparents, Johnnie & Jewel Crook; mother, Veletta (Let) Crook, and father, Milton (Tony) Tally.

Moca departed this life on February 29, 2024 . She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Omarion, Bianca, Mariah, Damario and Damarion; sister, Kelly Ann Crook; brother, Johnnie S. Crook; aunts, Maggie Dickens, Sandra Mason, and Donna Crook; uncles, Johnnie S. Crook, Jr., (Shelia Crook), Glenne Crook, Sr., (Theresa Crook); godmother, Valorie Rogers, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended friends.
