Luedna S. Bell was born on May 14, 1968 in Cahokia Heights, IL to Robert and Mae Bell. Luedna resided in East St. Louis all of her life. She confessed a hope in Christ many years ago uniting with Holy Olivette Missionary Baptist Church. Luedna received her education in East St. Louis School District #189 and graduated from Lincoln High School.

Luedna departed this life on April 14, 2024 . She leaves to cherish her loving memory her daughters, Patricia Phillips, Theresa Phillips, Latonya Phillips and Michelle Cox; son, Charles Phillips; sisters, Lorraine Blackmon, Wanda Adeusi and Latonya Bell; brothers, Dawnell (Willie) Blackmon and Robert (Emily) Blackmon; a host of grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
