Lucille F. Burrell was born on May 15, 1946 in St. Louis, Mo to James and Alberta Jackson. She united in wedlock with Richard A. Burrell Sr. on July 1, 1968.

Lucille completed her formal education and graduated high school in East St. Louis, Illinois.

Lucille departed this life on April 23, 2019. Lucille leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Richard A. Burrell Sr., four children, Richard A. Burrell II, Terry Burrell (Bernadette), Marszlar Burrell, Coy Burrell; six grandchildren, Christopher, Talia, Aaliyah, Aja, Donte, Ke'Mon; two brothers, Vernell Jackson, Clifford King and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her dearly.
