Mr. Louis White was born on April 23, 1970 in Chicago, Illinois at Cook County Hospital to the union of Lovie White and Nathaniel Reynolds. He received his education in Chicago as well. The family moved to the East St. Louis area in 1989.

Louis loved to draw, dress, model his outfits, cook, and spend time with his family. He was a faithful member of House of Prayer Assembly Church.

Louis White departed this life on November 22, 2020. He leaves to cherish his loving memory his parents Lovie White and Nathaniel Reynolds; his sister Kimberly White and a host of numerous relatives and friends.
