Lee Ann Jenkins was born on April 9, 1936 in East St. Louis, Illinois to the union of Alfred Garrison and Ophelia Garrison.

Lee Ann attended school in East St. Louis School District #189. She was a healthcare worker for Leslie Bates. She was also a welder. Lee Ann like to read, color, do crossword puzzles and attend Bingo.

Lee Ann united in holy matrimony to Otis C. Jenkins, who also preceded her in death.

Lee Ann departed this life on June 15, 2022.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory: her children ~ Ronnie Cochran, Steve Cochran (Nancy), Kay Edwards, Robin Winbush, Rosalend Jennings (Carl), Carl Winbush (LaWanda), Raymond Winbush (Nikki); and a host of other relatives and friends.
