Mrs. La'Joia Pass-Wallace was born May 9th, 1975, in Detroit, Michigan to the union of Morris & Unitha Pass. La'Joia was preceded in death by her father Morris and her sister, Ta'Kia Robin Pass.

La'Joia graduated from McKenzie High School in Detroit. She then moved to East St. Louis, Illinois at the age of seventeen in 1992 and became a productive resident. She received her certification as a Medical Assistant & Computer Technology from Southwestern Illinois College. During this time, she met and married the love of her life, Mr. Travis Wallace Sr. and became a mother of five children. La'Joia confessed a belief in Christ at an early age uniting with New Corinthian Baptist Church in Detroit and later joined Present Day Kingdom under the leadership of Pastor Joseph Anthony.

Mrs. Wallace was employed by Delta Dental as a customer service representative. She received excellent evaluations and reviews. La'Joia was super supportive, full of love, and was always there for her husband, children, mother, and grandchildren as well as extended family members and friends.

La'Joia departed this life on September 19, 2025. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Travis Wallace, Sr.; her mother, Unitha A. Pass of Centreville, IL; her children, A'Nysha Williams-Anderson of St. Louis, MO, Kristopher S. Wallace of Birmingham, Alabama, Airiel J. Wallace, Travis Wallace, Jr. and Martinee S. Wallace of Centreville, IL; her four grandchildren, Royal Anderson, LeGend Anderson, Pharroh Wallce, Manifest Wallace; special son and daughter, Marquis Anderson and Sonya Sweart. La'Joia will be missed by many and continues to live in our hearts.
