Kim Charisse Taylor was born on February 18, 1971 in Centreville, IL to Joseph Conway and Marshella Taylor. She united with Church of the Family of God Church in 2004. She graduated from Cahokia High School in 1989.

Kim departed this life on October 19, 2021. She leaves to cherish her loving memory her mother, Marshella Taylor; her daughter; Gillian Hill; one grandson, Gavyn Walker; and other friends and family.
