Kenneth Gee was born on August 15, 1953 in St. Louis, MO to the union of Kenneth Preston and Willia Jane "Foggy" Mckinney. He received his education in the District of 189 in East St. Louis, IL. He united in wedlock with Barbara Davis. He is preceded in death by his two sisters Coretta Saxton and Valeria Gee

Kenneth departed this life on February 21, 2019 in Long Beach, CA. He leaves to cherish his memory his children Lashonda Johnson, LaRonda Johnson, Eric Coleman Sr. Kenneth Lamont Lamont Gee, Reshawna Terry and Denell Gee; four great grandchildren; siblings, Helen Turner-Neely, Herbert Gee (Julie) Ronald McCray (Tanya) Christopher McCray, Phyllis, Cheryl Gee, James Gee, Samuel Gee (Marianita) and Roderick Gee; aunts, Everlene, Farrell, Emma McGowan and Arnetta Williams (Walter) uncles, John Foggy, Elliott McKinney (Betty); step-sister Andrea B. Callahan; step-son Ricardo Davis; special friend Sharon Harden; and a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins
