Kenneth T. Brown was born on August 28, 1968 in East St. Louis, Illinois to Charles Muldrow Jr. and Patricia Millender. Kenneth confessed a hope in Christ at an early age.

Kenneth graduated from East St. Louis Senior High School. He later worked at the Miller Group as a forklift operator.

Kenneth enjoyed sports, fishing, and golfing. He will be remembered for his humor and kindness towards others. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Muldrow Jr.

Kenneth departed this life on October 24, 2025. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Tammy Brown; his children, Kenyatta Brown, Je'Toria McDonald, Shamora Dale, Jameco Brown, Kamry Brown, Joycelyn Brown, Demontez Johnson, Marlon Brown, Kendall Hopkins; three step-daughters, Danielle Richard, Jeryka Vinson, Ariel Vinson; two stepsons, Emery Vinson, Xavier Rush; his mother, Patricia Millender (Melvin); mother-in-law, Lavell (James) Richard; siblings, Chucky (Kesu) Brown, Charles Muldrow II, Mary Jane (Christopher) McCleskey, Desi Neldon, Keena Johnson, Chasity Muldrow, Tiffany Millender; brother-in-law, Clifton (Jolanda) Bean Jr., sister-in-law, Faye (Alphonso) Daniel; 25 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
