Kathy M. Brooks was born on August 24, 1953 in East St. Louis, IL to Lillian Roberts. She's been a lifelong resident of the East St. Louis area. She attended School District 189 and graduated from Lincoln Senior High. She confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and united with House Of Prayer To All Nations Church. Kathy departed this life on May 21, 2020. She leaves to cherish her memory her children Vaughnroy Brooks and Liketa Brooks and five siblings.
