Julian Mosley Carroll was born on July 1, 1968 in East St. Louis, IL to Julius Howze and Tina Mosley. She was educated in the District #189 school system. Julian met the love of her life, Lee Marvin Carroll. They were married on November 6, 2015.

Julian confessed a hope in Christ at the age of 10 and united with the church.

Julian found employment at the Holton Meat Packing Company.

Julian loved her family. She was surrounded with family when she departed this life on June 18, 2019.

Julian is survived by her husband, Lee Marvin Carroll; children, Cortez Mosley, Willie Mosley, Shanica Mosley, Demarcus Spates, Martina Spates, Mary Holloway, Dreka Gordon and Le'Shawnda Carroll; mother, Tina Mosley; sisters, Maria Glasper and Tamatha Sidney; brothers, Edward McNeese and Antwone McNeese; 16 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
