Jeff "Lil Mo" Mosley Jr. was born on July 7, 1957 in Lovejoy, IL to Annie Mae McNeese and Jeff Woodiest. Jeff moved to East St. Louis in 1960 where he attended grade school and went East St. Louis Sr. High School where he played basket ball. he joined the East St. Louis Boys Club as a young teenager where he learned to Box.
Jeff worked in Springfield, IL at the State Capital as a lobbyist. He would work for precinct committeeman at various times. He loved to sing and crack jokes to make people laugh. Jeff had many friends and family members who loved him. Jeff became ill a few years ago and he fought for his life as long as he could.
Jeff departed this life February 24, 2020. He was preceded in death by his mother, Annie Mae McNeese; father, Jeff Woodiest; sister, Jewel Crawford and brother Jethro "Big Mo" Mosley.
He leaves to cherish his memory his four sisters Tina Mosley, Ivy Mosley of East St. Louis, IL, Barbara Mosley and Felicia James (Brandon James) of Jefferson City, MO, and brother Robert Mosley (Brenda Mosley), a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Jeff's famous words, "Who's the roughest uncle you got?"
