Harold Oliver was born on July 6, 1957 to the late Arminta Bradford-Oliver and LV Oliver, in Saint Louis, Missouri; where he met the love of his life, Diane Smith. Harold then lived in South Bend, Indiana and Mississippi before settling down in Granite City, Illinois with his beloved sister, Julie Ann Oliver.

Harold accepted Christ at an early age. He was always a fun, loving and outoing person. He loved to listen to music, watch TV and "Calling on the Lord Jesus!" He also enjoyed his early morning coffee while sitting on the patio. He made his transition from life on January 9, 2022 at 7:30 a.m. at Gateway Hospital.

Harols was preceded in passing by his sisters, Delores Oliver and Venus Kelly.

Harold leaves to cherish his memories: his two beautiful children ~ James Oliver (son) and Syreeta Oliver (daughter); his brothers and sisters, Mary Lois Oliver, Bobbie Gene Oliver, Julie Ann Oliver and Ricky Oliver; and a host of  nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
