Felicia was a loving grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved cooking, aggravating, going to bingo, and enjoying the outside breeze. She loved company and rearing the kids and loved to talk.

Felicia departed this life on March 24, 2021 . She leaves to cherish her loving memory her four children Edrick Well (Vicki Brown Wicks), Latoya Lipson Lewis (Michael Lewis), Letitia Sims (Lawanda Banks), Mary Fleming; one brother Floyd Higgs Sr.; two sisters Raynetta Higgs and LaKunta Vaughn; 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 5 nephews, 3 nieces, one nephew as well as a host of cousins and friends.
