Ethel Williams was born on March 8, 1948. She was born to the union of Mary and Jimmy Lee in St. Louis, Missouri.

It is with a heavy heart the family has to say goodbye to our loving sister. Ethel was strong, protective and loving. Often taking the role of mother, she provided care and protection to especially her younger brothers. Known as "Red" to her many friends for many years. She volunteered in the church and community, preparing meals for Catholic Charities staff and shelters. Ethel will be missed by many whose lives she touched.

Ethel passed on August 18, 2016 as a result of a long illness. She is survived by multiple brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
