Obituary

Charlisa Georgette Ward was born on November 11, 1993, in Saint Louis, Missouri to the union of Mr. Charlton and Lisa Ward. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at the age of seventeen at Metro Christian Church under the leadership of Bishop Ralphael Green. She later moved and became a member at Greater Grace Church under the leadership of Bishop Larry O. Jones.

Charlisa received her education at Vashon High School, where she graduated in 2012. Charlisa received a scholarship to further her education in Business Administration at Texas State University. She later moved back to Saint Louis, Missouri and enrolled in the Saint Louis Job Corps, where she was Sergeant in 2014.

Charlisa had a smile that lit up a room when you saw her. Just know she was the life of the party. Charlisa met and married Christopher A. Turner and to this union, was three beautiful blessings. BUT THIS MARRIAGE WAS LATER DISSOLVED.

Charlisa was always working very hard. She ran a business with her stepmother, Aimee Ward called A to Z Furniture. Sometimes you will see her live on Facebook opening and closing the door with that great big smile on her face. She later wanted to do more and always wanted the best for her children. She worked numerous jobs. Her favorite job was Amazon because she got everything she wanted.

She is preceded in death by her great-grandmothers, Ida Mae Fizer and Louise Watkins; grandfathers, Carlton Ward and Albert Fizer; cousin, Evelyn Shepherd and uncle J.C. Jones.
