Ashley Quintella Conley was born to Tawanda Antionette Williams and Vincent Runell Quilling on October 25, 1985 in Belleville, IL. She was the significant other to Jamaica Robinson and the proud mother of two beautiful daughters. She resided in East St. Louis.

Ashley was loved by so many people. She was a great listener and gave great advice to whoever needed it. She opened her doors and heart to so many people. She loved to cook for her family and friends of whom she loved with all her heart.

Ashley accepted Christ into her life at the age of 33. She was a member of New Visions World Ministries led by Pastor Barry Simmons, Sr. where she was baptized. Ashley was a teacher's aide in the Children's Ministry. She loved hearing the word of God, singing and praising the Lord every Sunday. Ashley was a warm and caring person and truly a great mom.

Ashley departed this life Saturday, October 26, 2019. She leaves to cherish her memory 2 daughters, Cierra C. A. Cain and Asia M. L. Robinson; mother, Tawanda A. Collins; father, Vincent R. Quilling; stepfather, James E. Collins, Sr.; brothers, Vincent Phiffer, Cortez Phiffer, Eligah Phiffer, Damarcus Quilling, Jamol (Crystal) Williams and James Collins Jr.; sisters, Jamie (Otis) Collins and Jasmine (Earl) Collins; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other extended family members and special friends, Jocelyn Wade and Keyonna Rowe, and all of whom she loved dearly.
