Obituary

Albertine Juanita (Harris) Lyles graced this earth with her presence on August 3, 1925 in Columbus, Mississippi. The daughter of the late Thomas and Estella Bolden, Albertine was raised in East St. Louis, IL from a young age with her adopted sister Linda Bolden and sister/cousin Ruth Hairston who both preceded her in death, Married January 12, 1959, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Oliver Lyles. Tine, as she was affectionately referred to, lived a full life as a blessing to others. A member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, she served when able and helped to make sandwiches for those in need. She was a kind-hearted person who loved to travel, shop, cook and enjoy life to the fullest. Tine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She leaves behind daughter, Tauriana (William) Lyles King, grandson, Tra Lyles, great-granddaughters, Taryn Lyles, Tyri Lyles, Trinity Lyles, Tatum Lyles and Liryc Lyles, a host of extended family and beloved cousins.
